What a wonderful time we had on our Farm this past week. Really nice to get away once in awhile. Sometimes you can discover that even the most simplest place can be so therapeutic, not just for your loved one with autism , but for the people who care for them as well. I "dubbed" our farm Kokomo after the Beach Boys song, just because that is how this place makes all of us feel. It's not Calgone, but it will definitely do :)
So we bought Dustin a swing to hang from the big oak tree in the front of our house. Dustin calls it " Dustin's Tree". We also rode the John Deere Gator around the property. Had soooo much fun with it! Dustin would say " Time to ride the Gator?" So cute the way he says it. Anyway, below are some pics I just had to share. Oh, yes.....our neighbor's goats came to visit us and brought two new kids with them "Dustin's Baby Goats". (LOL)
One of them tried to befriend Boo Bear, but he's still not ready for that ; but he did get closer to the goats than ever before. He's soooo comfortable out here on the Farm these days. So Awesome! Enjoy the photos!
